As a Visual Merchandiser Manager , you will lead , guide and support the store team to deliver the most inspiring and exciting customer experience in line with the H&M brand and Values.

You actively drive sales in store and are responsible to implement and follow-up on your team to protect the Visual  Indentity to make us the No. 1 fashion destination.

Job Description

Job responsibility including but not limited to:

  • Ensure you up to date with current Fashion trends and styling techniques so you can anticipate your customer  needs.
  • Share, inspire and educate team on seasonal trend information.
  • Ensure your visual team follows up the Visual Identity through the implementation of the Commercial  Handbook.
  •  Ensure you have well-styled GTL mannequins in windows and in store and make sure garment presentation is in line with the concept ID.
  • Follow up, evaluate and give feedback on sales KPI’s to the management team.
  • Evaluate and develop the visual and commercial skills of the visuals and store teams.

 

Qualifications

To work as a visual merchandiser, you should have previous visual merchandising experience plus the qualities below:

  • Approximately 2 year experience as a visual merchandising manager
  • Good communication skills 
  • Customer focused & Good commercial abilities 
  • Self-motivated, adaptable & positive 
  • A genuine interest in others 
  • Open to learn about and sell our products 
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills 
  • Creative mindset & interest in keeping updated with the latest trends, competitors  
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, weekends and evenings when required
