We are seeking an AR accountant who will be responsible for retail business. In this role, you cover a wide scope of tasks, day-to-day bookkeeping, monitoring sales and payment transaction data in SAP, communication with operation team, AR reconciliation, invoice management, tracking marketing expense and monthly closing work etc. There are a couple of projects also need you to provide professional suggestion and coordination. You should be experienced in AR accounting and familiar with daily operations.

Your responsibilities:

• Check and review daily bookkeeping including sales, return, banking and mobile payment（Alipay/ Wechat）transactions.
• Communicate effectively with all internal stakeholders to ensure accurately data posted in bookkeeping within time being.
• Check and adjust sales differences, reconcile and clear AR balance according to relevant report and data.
• Tracking related expenses and invoices for retail store.
• Assist to internal and external audit.
• Other ad hoc works assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.

• Around 2 years relevant work experience. Preferably from an international company or retail industry. Solid skills of understanding of Chinese Accounting Regulations.

• Good command of English and Chinese.

• Knowledge of ERP system, SAP preferred.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office applications.

• Able to work independently and take own initiatives, but also a team player.
