Key responsibilities:  

• Put the guest first! Welcome and actively attend to the guest’s every need in a warm and genuine way. 
• Prepare and provide quality coffee and food products at a consistently high standard. 
• Keep the display replenished during the day, receive and process deliveries. 
• Follow opening and closing routines and checklists. 
• Promote the culture, values and concept of the café. 

What you need to succeed:

• As a person, you are communicative, efficient and team oriented. 
• You have a positive attitude and act with warmth and in a genuine way.
• Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic about coffee and food, quality and sustainability, and takes ownership of their responsibilities to drive sales.
• Preferably you have some experience working in hospitality.
• We also value reliability, flexibility, and availability on peak customer days, such as Fridays and weekends.

This is a part-time position offering between 8-15 hours a week, starting in March 2024. As this position is covered by the rules for flexible part-time employment in the shop agreement, you must meet one of the following requirements for employment:

• Be a student on a state-recognized full-time education
• Be a sideline worker
• Be undergoing vocational training according to the Vocational Training Act
• Be a senior citizen
