Job Description
Responsibilities
- As part of a team of 6 people, you will be responsible for the payroll of our 2,000 employees (Belgium and Luxembourg). This involves transparent recording, efficient control and correct transmission of all payroll-related information, in accordance with legal requirements, instructions and company policy. You will be working with SD Worx's eBlox software.
- You will be responsible for the roll-out of several new programs in collaboration with business tech department.
- As project responsible you will support and coach your colleague with new internal tools.
- To do this, you work closely with human resources managers and regional managers, providing them with your knowledge of social legislation and personnel administration.
- You regularly check that all your instructions are being followed in your stores. For example, you check personnel files, in-store planning and communication with staff members.
Qualifications
You have previous relevant experience as a Payroll Officer.
You have experience in Belgian social legislation. Knowledge of Luxembourg legislation is an asset.
You are service-oriented and work meticulously. For you, change is a challenge rather than a problem.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy implementing and optimizing projects.
You are discreet, have integrity and work well in a team.
Your are fluent in French and/or Dutch (with a good knowledge of the second national language) and you have an advanced knowledge of English.
Knowledge of the retail sector and the use of a planning tool are assets.
