Job Description
As the Junior Concept Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for transforming the visual experience strategy to concept, to drive conversion rate and create a unique customer journey throughout it to maximize selling. You communicate the collections strategy to the region, sharing product knowledge and buying focuses to increase and elevate the in–store customer experience.
You execute Global VM initiatives and support the Regional Team to grow the brand ID. You work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure success from the concept stage to the end customers’ experience.
What you will do:
- Transform the Global VM experience to the concept by following the Brand ID and creating VM content
- Support the visual teams in the region in providing collection guidelines and commercial direction to drive VM goals, selling and creating an inspirational customer experience
- Analyses selling information and collects feedback to produce visual guidelines that maximize selling opportunities
- Work in collaboration with other key departments ie online, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure product information is aligned for a seamless customer experience to support omnichannel action
- Transform VM strategy, planning product, and commercial focuses into VM information packs
- Oversee and follow up on the placement and presentation of the concept regionally
- Strive for innovation and identify new ways to present the concept collections, communication, and take the learnings
- Plan visual concept communications and marketing projects collaboratively with other departments
Qualifications
About you:
- Previous experience working as visual merchandiser or area team member/ function manager with visual responsibilities
- Excellent English language skills, both verbal & written
- Strong understanding of the COS aesthetics and the customer
- Maintain curiosity & sensitivity to competitor and fashion retail landscape
- Excellent communication skills in order to inspire and educate internal teams
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, illustrator will be an advantage
- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of team
