Job Description
What you will do?
• Oversee store and office projects from start to finish;
• Manage, support and coordinate projects to ensure that quality, goals and objectives are accomplished;
• Select and monitor vendors to ensure quality and compliance to H&M standards;
• Support the IT Manager with budget, negotiations, special projects and implementing new solutions;
• Ensure store operations are running efficiently, and support the business side;
• Maintain best practice in IT service management, and recommend IT solutions to improve business efficiency and stability;
• Working in a team to provide end-to-end troubleshooting and technical support to internal users.
Qualifications
Who you are?
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• ITIL knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Flexible to work in a multi-cultural office environment and business trip if required;
• Good customer service sense, good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Self-motivated and good ability to initiate the action;
• Results-oriented, excellent time management, organized;
