We currently have 77 stores on 24 markets and offer online selling on 33 markets through Stories.com and external partners. And we are growing
Job Description
As E-commerce and Marketing Manager, you are responsible to drive profitable e-com growth, digital developments and strengthen the & Other Stories brand on the Korean market.
What you will do:
- Work closely with all other departments within & Other Stories Korea and region APAC to ensure cross channel alignment in customer experience, strategy, and branding.
- Collaborate with Global E-com and Marketing teams to build a digital first locally relevant strategy and plan to drive goals forward to support business growth, supporting the customer journey from A-Z, e.g. brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement and conversion in all communication channels.
- Strive to constantly optimize the customer offer by driving customer-, web-, digital media- and sales analysis and taking actions accordingly.
- Create, execute and evaluate local marketing initiatives and PR/brand activations.
- Develop and deliver strategic media plans with owned media as well as digital paid channels.
- Collaborate with global brand and marketing teams to develop local influencer strategy and partnering with on-brand influencers.
- Seek and drive opportunities in local paid search/media ad buys/SEM channels by leading strategy development, campaign management, testing, brief and lead the collaboration with the digital media agency.
- Assist with negotiation with partners, for competitive terms, marketing resources to ensure the highest brand visibility.
- Manage the P&L for the online channel as well as the PR, brand and marketing budget in close collaboration with our business controllers.
- Responsible for market analysis of the consumers, competition, channels, media and upcoming trends and developments.
Qualifications
- Excellent team player with great communication skills.
- Degree in relevant discipline and 7+ years’ experience in e-com, sales, and marketing.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Solid track record of driving sales and building brands.
- As a leader, being analytical and strategical as well as hands on and always find ways forward through engaging and inspiring the team and stakeholders.
- Commercial as well as strategic mind-set and understanding of forward planning and creative solutions with a customer focus.
- Passionate about fashion and creative trends in digital and brand marketing, with a good understanding of the local retail and digital landscape as well as local market trends
- Fluency in English and Korean.
Additional Information
This is a permanent position based in Seoul, South Korea and you will report to Omni Sales Manager.
