직무 설명

ASSIGNMENT

 

A. E Commerce Specialists are responsible for managing the development and maintenance of online stores and are also tasked with coming up with new strategies based on the review of NPS, business analytics and etc. / together with, supporting OMNI SALES Manager

 

B. Responsible for product descriptions and campaign contents translation. Support Global/local teams on developing, sustaining, and growing ARKET brand through social media, web content, email and video.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

 

E commerce

•Know the market through continuous analysis of sales KPIS and competitors and their customer offer.

•Bring creative ideas to the table every day, to find better ways of accomplishing our customer objectives

•Responsible for determining the design/format and function/features of the website in order to maximize clarity and ease of navigation for  customers. They will liaise with the Web designers to develop and alter the website as needed.

•Responsible for the coordination, participation and completion of projects.

•Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.

•Present plans for any new advances or initiatives to improve the company’s online presence and e-sales.

•Manage timelines and identify areas of opportunity for efficiency and cross-functional alignment

•Secure product enrichment process on daily basis and communicate with relevant departments to make sure all products are enriched on time with right information

•Data mining, GA, CRM

 

Digital contents translation and copywriting

•Translate global content to local platforms of any kind.

•Identify customers' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.

•Translate product copy according to brand tone of voice.

•Coordinate with head office to ensure delivery of product descriptions.

•Act as guardian of the brand tone of voice in Korean.

•Develop and maintain an e-commerce fashion glossary.

•Translate and adapt copy for digital marketing channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Kakaotalk and etc.

 

Leadership

•Take a leading role in a cross-functional (sales/brand/IT/BT/logistics/customer service/external) context to improve customer satisfaction & drive sales, partnering and building relationships

자격 요건

•E commerce / Online merchandising experience (2~4yrs)

•Genuine interest in e-commerce

•Proficient English skills

•Excel skills

•Great analytical skills

•Used to working in a digital environment using supporting systems. Preferable experience of one or several of hybris PCM/HMC, Adobe Experience Management, Apptus eSales, Google Analytics.
