Job Description

Director of Finance                                                                                                                     (*Known internally as  Regional Brand Controller*)

In your role as a Regional Brand Controller, you will drive the physical and digital stores' financial development across North America. You will be a true business partner reporting directly to the Regional Brand Director, setting the region’s strategy, executing plans to improve the business today, and identifying tomorrow’s opportunities.  

What you will do: 

  • You will be responsible for setting and communicating the region's long and short-term strategy, multi-channel budgets, and financial plans aligned with brand strategy.  
  • You will set targets and seek opportunities to increase sales.  
  • Improve profitability support and follow-up financial, operational, and commercial results​ 
  • Provide business cases to support the region's strategies and secure that decisions on investments are based on ROI​ 
  • Collaborate with all functions in the North America Regional Team, contributing to an efficient and informative workflow by delivering financial analyses, reports, and follow-ups to detect future business needs to support growth​ 
  • Ensure store operation processes are implemented with quality and driving efficiency in partnership with the store sales controller 
  • Ensure commitment to selling and cost budget (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for Regional multi-channels​ 
  • supporting actions based on annual HR goals and working with talent management to secure succession planning​ 
  • Set direction and drive coaching and function development for both e-commerce and store sales controllers

Who you are 

  • You have critical functional experience in omnichannel financial planning, forecasting reporting, and data analysis.
  • You have success and financial leadership experience in an entrepreneurial or big company.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience using PowerBi would also be advantageous.  
  • You have strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Salary Range-$121k - $141k

Please note that this position is offered on a local contract, therefore, we will prioritize candidates that already have the legal right to work in the United States.
