Job Description
We continue our transformation and growth journey to meet ever-changing customer needs. There are opportunities for us to grow and build even more meaningful relationships with existing as well as new customers, to work and collaborate even more efficiently and improve our operations. It’s therefore more important than ever to accelerate the execution of our transformation, and we are now looking for an HR Change lead to contribute in this work.
In this role you will be part of the HR Change specialist team in the global H&M Brand central HR function. The team supports the business and the HR community to drive organizational changes, with the aim to ensure that employees and leaders experience us as an employer as professional and trustworthy when driving change.
As an HR Change lead you will be responsible for the people related activities within one or more of the ongoing transformation initiatives. You will lead the work of other HR specialists in collaboration with change project teams and the business. The work is highly dynamic and agile and there is typically a large number of stakeholders and collaboration partners, something that requires both know-how in the relevant HR areas, but also resilience, creativity and the ability to co-create and re-create plans.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
- Extensive experience within HR
- As an HR Manager or senior HRBP, preferably in an international context or from a multinational business.
- Project Management
- Experience from leading re-organization or competence shift initiatives.
- Ability to put together project plans and sub-streams and manage other HR project leads in various HR-delivery areas (within for example staffing, competence assessments, onboarding, union relations, leader support)
- Used to driving progress, defining what to solve for and creating the structure to support.
- Leading change
- Ability to work broadly and turn strategic business plans or models into “HR plans” for example implementation plans for staffing or implementing a new organization.
- Can provide guidance and propose different scenarios for designing and practically implementing a new organization both in terms of the “hardwiring” and the “soft wiring” to achieve the desired state and purpose.
- Has foundational knowledge and understanding of Swedish labor law and how implementation of change needs to be set up to involve unions to fulfil the information and negotiation obligations.
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with colleagues in other areas within a transformation initiative to integrate the people plan with the work connected to designing a blueprint, communications or onboarding.

- Deals with situations confidently and assertively, taking decisive action even in uncertain situations.
- Straight forward communication and strong influencing skills.
Additional Information
This is a full-time permanent position preferably starting as soon as possible, located at the H&M Head Office in central Stockholm. You will report to the Head of Change in the central HR specialist team.
