Job Description

Whatever part you play, you won’t stop saluting sisterhood. To sustain our growth plans, we are looking for someone to strengthen our Social Media Team, your main responsibilities will be to support and develop the overall global social channel strategy which includes initiating, leading, and producing projects to drive brand awareness and engagement. Also develop and ideate unique, engaging social story angles to develop innovative custom content that breaks through the social clutter and supports the reach and engagement of Monki. You will analyze data trends of partnership performance and measure the success of brand partnership marketing activities. Define KPIs and implement systems for measuring success.

  • Translate the Brand & Marketing strategy into an actionable strategy for all social channels
  • Ensure deliverables are upon budget, deadline and meet set goals attaining to brand growth  
  • Daily Post, agile planning, and monitoring on social media   
  • Collaborate with internal-, external stakeholders  and partners 
  • Proactively inspire the creative team and educate the wider marketing organization on the opportunities within the respective channels.

To be successful in this role we think that you have an Agile, flexible with a strategic and creative problem-solving mindset on how to get the team to heighten the creative vision whilst delivering on time and budget. You are also a strong communicator and have good interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to handle changing priorities. In addition, you can motivate others with strong conflict management and problem-solving skills.    

We would love to meet someone who: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Consumer experience, Communications, or Brand Marketing  
  • 2-4 years experience in social media is a must 
  • Experience in channel right strategic content creation a must 
  • Similar experience in working in a global role and experience in working with local marketing teams 
  • Always up to date on what is trending in fashion, culture & lifestyle on a global and regional level
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and After effects is a plus
