If the answer is “Yes”, then this opportunity might be something for you! We are currently looking for Project & Program Managers to Logistics Implementation

As a Project Manager you will lead logistics implementation projects/programs on a global level to achieve set project/program objectives in-time, in-budget and in-quality.

We are now looking for Project Managers to Global Logistics Implementation.

  • Lead large scale implementation projects and programs on global level
  • Manage and track implementation progress of the project/program incl. timeline & resources
  • Develop implementation roadmap and roll-out agenda, as well as detailed implement. plan
  • Project/Program coordination across all stakeholders within Logistics and other functions
  • For DC projects/programs overall coordination of all sub-streams incl. DC engineering, building design and construction (GC), MHE vendors, DC Design, Process Design, Rollout Mgt., BizTech, HR, regional operations
  • Lead major tendering processes and negotiations with 3PL service providers and MHE vendors, incl. lease in alignment with Commercial Management & Implementation
  • Manage and solve implementation issues and risks and escalate where necessary in close alignment with Controlling (budget issues) and DC Design, Building, Construction, DC Design, Process Design and BizTech (e.g., delays and resource issues)
  • Hand-over after finalization of implementation, in time and at targeted quality to operational teams

Qualifications

  • Project/program competencies to manage projects/programs on a global and regional level
  • Coordinate interdependencies between sub-streams and manage effective implementation sequence
  • Ensure project standards, tools, and methods for planning, tracking, and reporting to be applied at all levels 
  • Strong communication with all relevant stake-holders – within team and towards steering committees
  • Ability to drive and coordinate conflict solving and decision making to keep track on critical project/program path
  • Support major tendering processes for MHE/3PL/Lease

To be successful in the role:

  • Strong project/program leadership, management, planning, and risk management skills
  • Deep understanding of implementation approaches, methods, and toolboxes
  • Broad logistics and supply chain understanding
  • Strong ability to engage, manage and negotiate with external partners and internal stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills and collaborative approach for close external and Internal working

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Stockholm. You will be part of the Project or Program Management team and report to the Project or Program Management manager.
