Are you an experienced Junior designer who loves Kids Design? Do you have a passion for denim and are creative and on top of the latest kids fashion trends? Then this might be the role for you!

The Role

As a Junior Denim Designer at the Kids Division you will work together with our team developing our denim collection sold worldwide in all H&M markets for the Kids Girls and Boys customer groups, ages 2-14 years. The role involves, but is not limited to, flat sketching, assist with fittings, producing and updating collection overviews and color charts. The products include: trousers, shorts, shirts, jackets, dresses, skirts and more

About You

We are looking for someone with a true love and passion for the Kids customer and denim wear. You are positive and energetic, creative and playful with a great eye for upcoming Kids fashion trends. The role includes full collection creating and ability to prioritize is very important. You must be able to work independently and are used to fast decision making. We create products with sustainability at the forefront, and for all shopping channels and H&M markets worldwide.

We are looking for you with:

• BA degree in Textile/Fashion Design
• 1-2 years work experience from woven products, as a JR Designer/Design Assistant in H&M or similar global high street fashion brand
• Denim and/or woven kids design/product knowledge and understanding of its components, details and trims
• A true passion for and understanding of the H&M Kids customer
• High level and fast skills in Adobe Suite programs
• CLO 3D work experience is meriting
• A true passion for fashion, its current and future trends
• Enjoy working with commercial fashion for omni channel
• Strong communication skills and flexibility
• A team player who thrives working in and can contribute to our diverse work force
• Like a fast-paced and everchanging work environment
• A strong self drive and can take own initiatives working independently
• English fluency (Swedish not necessary)
