The digital marketplace (afound.com) were launched in June 2018. Today, Afound offers a wide assortment including hundreds of fashion, beauty and interior brands for women, men and kids. Afound is an independent brand within H&M Group.

Job Description

Your responsibility is to strategically make the customer deal a reality, from initiating strong potential business opportunities with external stakeholders. The role includes responsibility for building collaborations, negotiating and produce the best deal together with our marketing department. You plan, recruit and partner manage and ensure the assortment offering is on key with our business plan.

As a Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Be responsible for marketplace assortment strategy of our portfolios, on category and brand level
  • On a daily basis keep close contact with your sellers to find the best deals
  • Ensure to achieve shared goals & targets, through support with relevant data and suggested actions to your partners
  • Negotiating (margin/volume/commission etc) with partners to ensure a profitable growth
  • Constantly drive allocated sales targets through the set strategy and activations in collaboration with marketing
  • Drive recruitment and build the partner collaborations strategically, to ensure relevant assortment choices for sellers

Qualifications

To succeed in this role you are open minded and highly solution oriented. Work independently as well as in a team. You are highly communicative and used to negotiating and have an action oriented as well as analytical mindset. You have excellent organizational skills and can manage working with a multitude of varied stakeholders at the same time.
Besides your personality we see that you have:

  • Experience working as a Key account manager
  • Experience working in a fast decision making and everchanging marketplace environment
  • Experience from multibrand and working with external brands
  • Result oriented mind with a genuine interest in sales
  • Extensive lifestyle/retail sales experience
  • Strong English skills, verbal and written

This is a full-time, permanent assignment starting as soon as possible based in Stockholm. You will report to the Assortment Manager-External Brands.
