As People Experience Partner your main objective is to ensure strong ensure strong and efficient HR delivery towards the Europe and Africa Hub that is located in Berlin. Based on agile principles you will support the long-term staffing strategy for the hub, as well as implement different global and local HR initiatives that effectively communicate our strategic vision, and corporate culture to all employees in the organization. 

As People Experience Partner in the Business Tech hub, we think that you are a great and engaging people leader with experience from building and enabling high-performing teams. You showcase a passion to challenge the status quo and have ability to find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas.  As the only People Experience Partner working in Berlin, we believe you are a good communicator and great at building relationships. You are driven and self-motivated and knows who to turn to in order to get things done.

Furthermore, we believe to have a great sense of the whole employee life cycle, and therefore when to do what. You will be responsible for making the Hub a highly attractive and engaging office, both physically and remotely for global Business Tech Talents.

We are on a journey together which means that there is not one clear path. You will play an important role in setting the foundation and creating our future hub organisation. Furthermore, you will:  

  • Operationally ensure all relevant HR deliveries of the hub in Berlin 
  • Translate the Business Tech people strategy into effective HR services for the hub 
  • Create a strong collaborative network and synergies with local & regional H&M Group HR colleagues   as well as HR colleagues within Business Tech 
  • Secure local labor law compliance, employee relations & work environmental responsibilities of the hub 
  • Be responsible to implement and maintain a locally attractive compensation & benefits structure 
  • Contribute with local input and requirements to the global Business Tech HR processes  
  • Create a welcoming culture & work environment, and first-class people experience for all hub employees 

Qualifications

Your skills and mindset

To succeed in this role, we believe you have at least three years of experience from a broad role within HR, where you have worked to translate HR strategies into daily support of an organization. We also want you to have strong expertise and understanding of Compensation & Benefits, local labor law and mobility knowledge.

You are an important player in this transformation and the connected implementation of the hub; therefore, we believe you are flexible, stress-resistant and able to work in an environment that is not yet formalized.
