H&M Online Sales is responsible for H&M’s e-commerce globally, where we digitally offer the world fashion and quality at the best price in a sustainable way! We offer e-commerce in various digital channels and currently have e-commerce sites in 52 markets. Online Sales is on a transformation journey and is now looking for an internal communication to take the strategic and operational responsibility to initiate, lead, execute and follow-up on internal communication projects.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Define and lead internal communication activities and ensure that messages are communicated to target groups accurately and timely.
- Understand the business needs and set the communication plans and strategies with input from Online Sales management team.
- Proactively drive communication related to change and transformation.
- Responsible for executing and implementing the internal communication strategy and plan – easily moving between strategic and operational tasks.
- Hands-on writing and creating content with different communicating messages in written English (presentations, mails, messages, letters.)
- Close collaboration with Online Sales Management team and key stakeholders as well as with the global communication function.
Qualifications
Your skills and mindset
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role externally or within H&M
- A formal education in Journalism and/or Communications
- Exceptional communication skills both in strategical manner as well as in practical execution.
- Proven project management skills; setting timelines, working towards milestones to achieve results independently and together with a team
- You have strong skills in producing high quality content in different formats.
- You have a high proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written.
- You thrive from executing in an ever- changing environment, exploring new possibilities to solve difficult communication challenges and have a curious as well as positive attitude when it comes to problem-solving.
Furthermore, we believe you:
- Have the ability to drive development and projects and at the same time maintain daily tasks
- Have a good eye for detail as well as the ability to take a more holistic perspective
- Are a great team player with the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders across teams and functions, whilst at the same time being self-driven and able to work independently
- Have a non-prestigious attitude, always strive for improvements and have a strong business-oriented mindset and understanding

What we offer:
This is a permanent full-time position based at our Head Office in Stockholm. You will report to Emma Gävert, Head of Online Sales and be part of the management team.
