At GYG Gympie, our cooks work with fresh ingredients daily and are trained in all areas of kitchen operations including prep, cook, food safety, speed, and quality execution. This is a fast-paced role that requires urgency, organisation, teamwork and strong communication skills.

Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is highly regarded, however training can absolutely be provided for the right person with the right attitude.
