Your role will include:

• Team up with fellow managers to train, lead, coach and inspire your crew while keeping the energy high on every shift
• Champion a “customer-first” mindset by delivering standout service to both new faces and regular guests
• Maintaining high quality food safety, cash handling, cleaning and stock control
• Be a proud ambassador of GYG by making sure all crew members live and breathe our values, policies and procedures
• Communicate clearly and confidently with the restaurant team to keep everyone aligned
• Be hands-on with managing labour and COGS to help drive a successful, profitable store
• Oversee deliveries like a pro, ensuring orders are accurate and match invoices

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have: 

• Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment 
• A track record of providing outstanding customer service 
• Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate 
• Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
