Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a dynamic food service environment? We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our crew at our thriving franchise in Acacia Ridge, Australia. As a Crew Member, you'll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile and a satisfied appetite.

  • Provide warm, friendly, and efficient customer service to all guests
  • Take accurate orders and process transactions with attention to detail
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food items according to company recipes and standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant, including work areas and dining spaces
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks, following all safety and hygiene protocols
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by supporting colleagues and maintaining a can-do attitude
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in various roles within the restaurant
  • Participate in team-building activities to enhance the workplace experience
  • Strive for continuous improvement by actively seeking and applying feedback from supervisors and guests

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and procedures accurately
  • Basic maths skills for handling cash and card transactions
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move for extended periods
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Willingness to learn and master multiple roles within the restaurant
  • Passion for food and interest in our cuisine is a plus
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (training will be provided)
  • Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company policies
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • No prior experience required – we offer comprehensive training to set you up for success
