We are seeking a highly accomplished Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native platforms across enterprise and integration ecosystems. This role requires deep expertise in AWS cloud architecture, Java/Python development, and enterprise integration patterns, along with a focus on AI/ML-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop scalable systems using Java and/or Python
  • Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS
  • Build enterprise integration frameworks using APIs and event-driven patterns
  • Develop microservices and distributed systems
  • Integrate enterprise platforms like Salesforce and third-party systems
  • Develop AI-powered solutions for automation and insights
  • Ensure system scalability, security, and performance
  • Drive CI/CD and engineering best practices
  • Mentor engineers and provide leadership


Duties and Responsibilities:


Must Have

• Design and execute test strategies for data pipelines and analytics systems
• Perform end-to-end data validation including source-to-target reconciliation
• Write complex SQL queries (CTEs, joins, aggregations, window functions) for validating
transformations
• Validate business logic and ensure data accuracy across layers
• Validate Tableau dashboards including KPIs, filters, calculated fields, and data consistency
• Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Build automation scripts using Python for data validation and regression
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to validate data platform functionality
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and automation
frameworks.


Highly Desired
• Lead test planning, test case design, and execution for data systems
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for requirement validation
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and drive QA best practices.


Technology Stack:
Primary Skills (Mandatory)


• Advanced SQL (CTEs, Joins, Aggregations, Window Functions)
• Data Analysis and Data Validation
• Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)


Secondary Skills:
• Python for automation and data validation.


Data & Visualization
• Experience validating Tableau dashboards including KPIs, filters, and calculated fields.


Big Data / Cloud Tools
• AWS ecosystem (S3, Athena, Glue, Airflow)
• Exposure to tools like Spark, Kafka is a plus.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering with strong expertise in Java and/or Python
  • Proven experience designing and scaling cloud-native applications on AWS
  • Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and API-driven architectures
  • Strong experience in enterprise integration patterns, including asynchronous and event-driven systems
  • Demonstrated ability to design modular, reusable platforms and components
  • Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and access control frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with healthcare systems (HL7/FHIR)
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations
  • Exposure to AI/ML and LLM-based applications
  • Experience with observability tools and DevOps practices
