HR Generalist

  • Full-time

Company Description

Grimco is a family-owned, $1.5B manufacturer and wholesale distributor of sign supplies operating across 65+ locations spanning 3 countries. As an HR Generalist at Grimco, you’ll own a geographic territory in the US – half the country – and serve as the go-to HR partner for the managers and employees in your region. That means touching nearly every corner of HR: recruiting, benefits, employee relations, workers’ compensation, HRIS, and more. You won’t specialize in one thing and watch the rest happen around you. You’ll be the person managers call, the person employees trust, and the person who knows what’s happening on the ground.
