HR Generalist

  • Full-time

Company Description

Grimco's HR Generalist is a front-line partner to employees and managers across our 50+ locations, supporting the full employee lifecycle. This role requires someone who can shift from coordinating a hire in the morning to identifying a better way to leverage our HRIS in the afternoon — and handle both with confidence, consistency, and good judgment. You'll work across recruiting, workers' compensation, and HR operations, touching nearly every part of what our HR team does. If you want a role where no two days look alike and your work directly shapes how people experience Grimco, this is it.
