Job Description
We are seeking a Lecturer (Level B) to join our team in a role that blends teaching, research and clinical education. You will play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality student learning opportunities in physiotherapy, while supporting broader program learning and teaching foci such as simulation, interprofessional education, and cultural safety. Your expertise will contribute to cutting-edge physiotherapy research, ensuring that our programs remain at the forefront of evidence-based practice.
As a Level B Lecturer in Physiotherapy, you will:
- Develop and deliver engaging, evidence-based teaching for students
- Collaborate with academic staff within the discipline and across disciplines to address physiotherapy standards and accreditation requirements
- Conduct and contribute to physiotherapy research
- Support the discipline to provide culturally safe education for students and prepare them for culturally safe practice.

This is a continuing, full-time position primarily based at Griffith University Gold Coast or Brisbane South (Nathan). As Griffith is a multi-site university you may be required to work across other locations.
Griffith University’s sites are located on the lands of the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal, Yugambeh and Kombumerri peoples.
Salary Range
The full time equivalent base salary will be Academic Level B range $117,076 - $139,031 per annum + 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $136,979 - $162,667 per annum.

For this role you must have a doctoral or masters qualification or equivalent accreditation and standing and/or significant progress towards completion of a doctoral degree in a relevant discipline.
