We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team. If you're passionate about hospitality, love leading people and thrive in a busy pub environment, this could be the perfect opportunity to take your career to the next level.

What you'll be doing

• Lead from the front: Support the General Manager in running the pub, motivating the team and creating a positive working environment.

• Deliver outstanding service: Make sure every guest receives a warm welcome and enjoys an exceptional experience.

• Drive pub performance: Help achieve sales and profitability targets while making the most of every opportunity.

• Keep standards high: Take pride in food quality, drinks, cleanliness, safety and compliance.

• Develop your team: Coach and support team members, helping them build their confidence and reach their potential.

• Make every shift count: Keep service running smoothly, solve problems confidently and ensure the team delivers its best.

What we're looking for

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within a pub, restaurant or hospitality environment.

• A natural leader who can inspire, motivate and bring out the best in others.

• A genuine passion for great food, drink and customer service.

• Commercial awareness and the ability to support sales, manage costs and deliver results.

• A hands-on approach, a positive attitude and the confidence to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Someone who's ready to grow, learn and make a real difference to the team.
