Our purpose-built facility is equipped with everything you'd expect from a leading veterinary hospital, including a 1.5T MRI, 64-slice CT, fluoroscopy, intensive care unit, and a well-established hydrotherapy centre supporting patient rehabilitation.

We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Business Manager to join our leadership team. This is a key role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on operational oversight. You’ll work closely with shareholders, specialist and general veterinarians, nurses, technical staff, and support teams to drive business performance and foster a thriving workplace culture.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing financial leadership, including reporting, P&L oversight, and annual budgeting
• Leading and nurturing high-performing teams of veterinarians and nurses
• Managing hospital projects and initiatives
• Driving strategic planning and execution
• Building strong relationships with referring veterinarians
• Coordinating marketing and promotional activities
• Collaborating with other hospital managers to align goals and optimise efficiency, profitability, and productivity

We’re looking for a dynamic and approachable leader with strong business acumen and a genuine desire to help others succeed. You’ll bring proven experience in business operations - ideally within the animal or human healthcare industries - and a track record of effective leadership.

Postgraduate qualifications in business, commerce, management, or a related field will be highly regarded.
