Job Description
About the Role
We’re looking for a Veterinary Director who is ready to step up and lead. You’ll be someone who:
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience
- Proven ability to work sole charge when required
- Demonstrates strong leadership and fosters a positive team culture
- Has excellent surgical skills and clinical knowledge
- Enjoys mentoring and supporting graduate vets
- Is confident managing a varied caseload, including dermatology
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and leads by example
You’ll be supported every step of the way by our Area Manager and Regional Clinical Director, ensuring you have the tools and guidance to succeed in your leadership journey.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must hold a Veterinary Science qualifications from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards’ Council (AVBC) and/or have completed NAVLE, AVE or alike examinations. For further information, please refer to https://avbc.asn.au/
