团队介绍
Grab机器人团队致力于打造轻量化、具备高扩展性与高可靠性的移动操作机器人，覆盖从室外公开道路到室内的复杂非结构化空间。通过搭载灵巧的单臂机械臂，我们的机器人能够实现抓取、放置、按钮操作等多样化上肢动作能力，真正打通末端配送中的“最后十米”关键环节。
团队核心成员均毕业于国际一流学府，具备多年自动驾驶领域的工作经验，曾成功研发史上第二型获准在美国加州完全无人公开上路的自动驾驶乘用汽车。

岗位职责
1.全链路测试管理：负责机器人从软件到硬件、从单元到系统、从仿真到实车的全链路测试规划与执行
2.测试策略与架构设计：基于产品需求和风险分析，设计测试策略、测试方案和自动化测试架构
3.场景仿真与实际搭建：负责测试场景库的建设，包括仿真环境搭建和真实物理场景部署
4.缺陷管理与追踪：建立缺陷管理体系，确保问题被有效发现、跟踪和闭环
5.跨团队协作：与算法、软件、硬件、运营团队紧密协作，推动问题解决和产品质量提升

任职要求
基本要求：
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、机械、电子等相关专业
2.三年以上测试经验，其中至少两年以上机器人/无人车/自动驾驶领域测试经验
专业技能：
1.熟悉机器人/自动驾驶系统的软硬件架构
2.具备测试策略设计和测试方案编写能力
3.了解Linux操作系统，具备基本的命令行操作能力
4.有测试自动化框架搭建经验者优先
5.有仿真测试经验者优先
6.有产品交付/客户部署经验者优先
7.具备基本的Python/Shell脚本编写能力
8.具备利用 AI 工具与系统提升工作效率及驱动创新解决问题的能力。
软技能：
1.细致踏实，对测试工作有系统性的思考和执行能力
2.优秀的沟通协调能力，能够清晰准确地反馈问题和推动解决
3.能够对整体系统有自上而下的把握和理解

加分项：
1.有无人车路测牌照申请或测试运营经验
2.有机器人/无人车产品交付经验
