The Merchant Strategy Team is looking for a teammate to join our young, motivated team on this rocketship. Our team operates with consumer-centricity and intense quantitative and analytical rigor. As a member of the team, you will serve as the core Strategic PMO and Analytical Lead, shaping the future of GrabFood's merchant ecosystem. You will head up our high-stakes merchant acquisition command center—translating complex data into structured project milestones, driving a rapidly expanding on-ground sales engine, and orchestrating multi-channel growth streams (digital ads, external networks, offline visibility, and trendy merchant defense).

Get to know the role:
- Drive GrabFood's national merchant selection growth via end-to-end strategic project PMO, quantitative commercial design, and data-led operations.
- Directly manage a team driving both scalable mass-acquisition engines and high-touch strategic merchant acquisition.
- Oversee project execution, strict timeline tracking, clear milestone management, and data-backed performance optimization across all channels.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Ops, Growth, and relevant stakeholders to optimize commercial levers and scale repeatable sales plans.
The day-to-day activities:
- End-to-End PMO: Lead cross-functional project sprints, establishing clear project charters, KPIs, and tracking mechanisms to scale acquisition channels.
- Commercial & Lead Modeling: Extract data to quantitatively optimize merchant pricing models, commission structures, and onboarding incentives to maximize conversion ROI.
- Lead Prioritization: Turn scattered merchant datasets into hyper-targeted, structured lead pipelines to maximize the efficiency of our ground sales teams.
- Omnichannel Optimization: Apply analytical models to manage resource allocation across digital lead gen, external partner networks, and offline visibility collateral placement.
- Playbook & Venture Testing: Standardize trendy merchant acquisition plans for the wider organization, and establish lean experimental frameworks to run validation tests for upcoming merchant product verticals.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience with strong professional foundation within management consulting, a hyper-growth tech setting, or a similar high-velocity operational environment, paired with a proven track record of leading teams.
- Strong Project Management Frameworks: Proven expertise in structuring complicated problems into clear, execution-ready working plans and hitting strict timelines.
- Advanced in Quantitative Experience: Capability to extract insights from raw data, build data-backed recommendations, and model commercial/funnel scenarios. SQL proficiency.
- PASSION in the F&B industry: from street food to casual café and restaurant to premium food to social sellers; from Bangkok to upcountry markets.
- Strong in Stakeholder Management.
