Get to Know the Team

We are Grab Rentals ID. We provide fleet supply and productive drivers to Grab, serving the non bank-able partner to work as Grab's driver-partner. In the Productivity and Community team, we identify opportunities to maintain and increasing dax productivity. We have around 4700 active drivers in "Sahabat Rental" and "Sahabat Rental EV" in JABODETABEK Area

Get to Know the Role

You will be the bridge between our organization, internal departments, and external partners. You will empower a diverse team through inclusive mentorship, and professional development. You will take a data-driven approach to track productivity, analyze performance trends, and design creative training or incentive programs. Collaborating with Operations and Marketing, you will align strategies across the business and keep management informed through clear reporting. Reporting to the Manager, you will be based onsite in our Cinangka Pool.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Guide junior members from all backgrounds, promoting an inclusive environment that promotes learning and professional development.
  • Work with partners—including Operations, Marketing, Training, and Management—to align diverse perspectives and achieve shared team goals.
  • Monitor team and partner productivity against clear Indicators, ensuring goals are achievable, transparent, and fair.
  • Review performance trends to identify opportunities, addressing systemic challenges to help everyone do their best work.
  • Develop and launch supportive programs, training, and incentive structures designed to improve performance and motivate a diverse workforce.
  • Oversee the smooth execution of new programs from start to finish, ensuring they run and deliver meaningful outcomes.
  • Prepare transparent regular reports for management, outlining achievements, operational hurdles, and applicable recommendations.
  • Be an empathetic bridge between our organization and its community; listen to feedback, host engaging events (like webinars or meetups), and advocate for community needs internally.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • 5 years of experience in operations, quality assurance, or customer experience, within automotive, car rental, manufacturing, ride-hailing, or community engagement sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study, or equivalent practical experience
  • Professional fluency in both Bahasa and English (verbal and written)
  • Capability to break down complex technical problems and explain them in a simple, structured, and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Experience in data analysis, with the ability to manage, and extract insights from large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (including advanced functions). Familiarity with Looker Studio (Google Studio), Power BI, Gamma, or Market watch
  • Structural thinking to identify causes and implement solutions.
  • A collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives and with both our teams and external communities.
  • Willing to be based in Cinangka Area
