Get to Know the Team

Grab's Paid Media Team consists of digital experts and passionate marketers. They lead both traditional and strategic dynamic device buying channels to grow market reach and re-engage users. They use internal user operation levers and traffic management products to enhance user acquisition efficiency and increase channel efficiency.

Get to Know the Role

This role will be part of the Grab Paid Media Team, responsible for optimizing and automating channel operations. Reporting to the Paid Media Manager, your main responsibilities include managing paid campaigns in both offline and online media. These responsibilities also include implementing go-to-market strategies and applying different measurement systems. The goal of these systems is to refine audience targeting and improve channel efficiency for all business verticals in Indonesia. You will be based onsite in our Jakarta Office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Become the project lead to handle execution of Paid Media Channel (OOH / TV / Publishers / Google / Meta / Tiktok / 3rd Party Networks).
  • Lead execution alignment with internal team (Vertical Marketing, Territory Marketing and Paid Media).
  • Managing working relationships with agency partners to ensure processes and deliverables are on time and performed properly.
  • Create documentation of campaign deployment including financial documentation.
  • Develop and implement media investment guidelines for marketing campaigns.
  • Track performance and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Deliver post-campaign analysis and create internal materials for regional knowledge building.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • You possess minimum Bachelor's Degree from any field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience within complex project management tasks.
  • Experience in building robust documentation and systems for project tracking.
  • Knowledge in media buying strategy across offline and online media and experience with Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, Appsflyer, and Programmatic DSPs.
  • Experience dealing with analytical problems.
