Get to Know the Role

You will drive growth, engagement, and brand love for Grab's key ecosystem drivers: Loyalty (GrabUnlimited, GrabCoins, and GrabVIP) and Brand Partnerships. Reporting directly to the OneGrab and IMC Head, you will manage a unique, dual-engine portfolio designed to supercharge Grab's user retention and ecosystem stickiness.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Loyalty Optimization & Campaign Ownership

  • Growth & Conversion: Increase user acquisition and GMV reach for loyalty products using data-backed strategies.
  • LTV & Retention Fusion: Analyze loyalty user data to identify gaps in consumer demand, and activate targeted external partnerships to solve specific user churn or engagement challenges.
  • End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Serve as the primary PIC for loyalty campaigns—managing the full lifecycle from data-driven ideation to cross-channel execution, performance tracking, and post-mortem analysis.
  • Cross-Vertical Collaboration: Partner internally with Grab's core business units (Transport, Food, Mart) to ensure loyalty mechanics are embedded in daily user habits.

Brand Partner Marketing Activation & Value Injection

  • Campaign Execution: Act as the primary marketing custodian for strategic external brands, driving end-to-end co-marketing campaigns from creative briefing to multi-channel launch.
  • Ecosystem Value Injection: Strategically weave external partner perks into Grab's multi-sided marketplace to deepen brand loyalty; this includes cultivating premium, high-demand experiences in the GrabCoins catalog to excite PAX, while activating meaningful partner perks that show appreciation, build community, and drive everyday loyalty for our DAX and MEX partners.
  • Strategic Partnerships & External Alignment: Lead the identification and development of high-impact marketing partnerships that advance Grab's loyalty and brand agenda. Leverage consumer insights and market opportunities to define the right partner, working closely with the Business Development team to unlock strategic collaborations. From partner sourcing to campaign execution, seamlessly translate these partnerships into integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen the brand, deepen customer engagement, and drive loyalty.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Brand Marketing and Partnerships; direct experience within tech or FMCG will be an advantage.
  • Analytical Mindset: Competency in using data and consumer insights to evaluate program health, identify trends, and measure campaign ROI objectively.
  • Project Rigor: Exceptional organizational skills to seamlessly juggle internal loyalty product cycles alongside concurrent external partner marketing timelines.
  • Communication Polish: Excellent communication and presentation skills to interface confidently with external brand leads and align with internal business heads.
  • Stakeholder Master & Collaborator: Ability to bring people together across internal business units and external brand partners, promoting seamless collaboration and understanding toward shared goals.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools, platforms and technologies is an advantage.
