Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced FMCG Brand Solutions Specialist to join our team. You will demand an understanding of the FMCG industry, coupled with expertise in commercial strategy, media planning, and strong-analytical. You will help manage our FMCG clients, overseeing everything from commercial strategies to media performance, and delivering insightful solutions and strategic initiatives.

 

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • End-to-End Sales Lead & Account Management: Lead the entire client lifecycle for a portfolio of high-value FMCG brands. Balancing new business pitching, or "Hunting", which accounts for 20% of the work, with the retention and growth of existing accounts, or "Farming", which accounts for 80%.
  • Strategic Pitching & Presentation: Receive and interpret complex client media briefs to present compelling pitch decks for GrabAds solutions that secure new campaigns and drive sustained business growth.
  • Sales Operations & Forecasting: Manage the sales pipeline, track campaign pacing, and deliver accurate forecasting to ensure sales strategy and commercial goals align perfectly with organizational revenue goals.
  • FMCG Product Onboarding & Execution: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to onboard FMCG products into the Grab ecosystem, ensuring operational execution from commercial setup to marketing launch.
  • Data-Driven Insights & Analytics: Use internal Grab data and FMCG market trends to provide strategic advice to partners, optimize media budgets in real-time, and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Act as the central bridge between internal teams—including, Key Account Management, Marketing, Planner and Data Analytics to deliver holistic, integrated advertising solutions.
  • Comprehensive Reporting & Client Presentations: Summarize post-campaign analytics into executive-ready reports and presentations, delivering insights and ROI recommendations to senior client stakeholders.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience 3+ years in FMCG brand management, commercial strategy, media planning, or related roles.
  • Analytical skill with proficiency in tools and techniques with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Have leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience with projects management and meet the deadline.
  • Fluency in Thai & English (both written and spoken).
