Get to Know the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Execution and Partnership Associate to join our dynamic team in Solo. You will be reporting to the lead, helping craft and execute marketing strategies marrying the collaborations spirit with the local strategic partners that resonate with our diverse customer base. You'll be fully on-site in our Solo office, working on challenges that matter and making a real impact in one of Central Java's most vibrant markets.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Co-create and execute city-level marketing strategies and campaigns that blend data insights with local market knowledge to drive business numbers
- Orchestrate marketing events, activations, and experiences across Solo that celebrate local culture and connect with our community
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with local businesses, communities, and key strategic stakeholders across Solo, leveraging a collaborative spirit to unlock powerful results and amplify our market presence
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align on marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution from concept to launch
- Dig into campaign performance data, uncover what's working, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for smarter future campaigns
- Keep our marketing calendar, budgets, and performance reports and up-to-date so we always know what's moving the needle
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, events, partnerships, or a related field
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaign execution, project management, and strategic partnership development
- Demonstrated experience in partnership negotiation and relationship management with local businesses and community stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the local market, consumer behavior, industry trends, and valuable connections to local strategic partners in Solo and broader Central Java Yogyakarta region would be a plus point!
- Familiar in Partnership cost-benefit ROI calculations and demonstrating measurable impact from partnership and marketing initiatives
- Experience with online and offline marketing channel with the combinations of AI familiarity and following the trend of recent hype/viral things would add another extra plus point!
