This programme provides fresh graduates with the opportunity of a lifetime to grow into a Finance professional within the environment of the largest technology company in Southeast Asia! Powered by heart and motivated by technology, selected Finance Graduates in Malaysia will be part of unlocking the true potential of the region by improving the lives of millions.

The 24-month Grab CFO Office Graduate Programme will equip you with real-world experience as you rotate through four specialized teams within Grab's CFO Office. You will work on high-impact projects that enable our operations and technology teams to drive Malaysia and the region forward.

You will report to Finance Director, Malaysia and will be based onsite at our Petaling Jaya office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

Graduates will undergo four 6-month rotations across the Malaysia CFO Office. These electives are designed to build your "Finance of the Future" fundamentals:

1. Finance Shared Service Centre (SSC): Master the "Month-End Close" cycle, manage intercompany compliance, and lead "Kaizen" projects using AI tools (Gemini, Cursor) to automate manual processes.
2. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Act as a strategic "co-pilot," moving beyond the "what" to the "why." You will build financial models and perform variance analysis to guide executive decision-making.
3. Controllership: Ensure the integrity of our financial heartbeat. You will dive into audit readiness, risk management, and balance sheet reconciliations while collaborating across Tax and Treasury.
4. Finance Center of Excellence (COE): Modernize finance operations. Depending on your focus, you will design global process standards (GPO), build automated data pipelines using Python/SQL (Analytics), or prototype GenAI-enabled solutions (Business Solutions).

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Education: Final year students or fresh graduates (graduating by Mid-2026) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or Financial Engineering.
• Academic Excellence: A minimum CGPA of 3.6/4.0 or equivalent, with a track record of leadership in co-curricular activities.
• Technical Edge: You should have a strong foundation in numerical and analytical skills. A background in finance or accounting-related subjects would be advantageous.
• AI-Readiness: Embracing an AI-first culture and digital transformation.
• The 4Hs: You embody Heart, Hunger, Honour, and Humility.
• A keen interest in both Finance and Technology and a passion to make a difference in society through your work.
• Team Players who are comfortable working both as parts of teams, and leading the team on specific workstreams.
• Young professionals who hold themselves to the highest standards of integrity, and who seek to establish and build trust with all whom they work with.
• Availability: Able to start full-time by September 2026.
