The GrabFood Marketing team is a dynamic team responsible for driving business growth through Merchant's activity and consumer demand generation. The merchant marketing team empowers food merchants to grow their business through impactful marketing campaigns and self-serve marketing tools. Get to Know the Role

Lead the end-to-end planning, strategy, and execution of campaigns to drive merchants' GMV across Thailand, ranging from long tail to medium-sized businesses. You will manage marketing campaigns through tactical offline activations, KOL partnerships, performance marketing, and 360-degree media buys. Your main objective will be to empower merchants to reach their unlimited growth potential.

To succeed in this role, you must be a self-motivated individual who performs well under pressure within a dynamic, fast-paced, and competitive market. You should excel at breaking down complex issues into executable strategies and detailed tactics.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will plan and implement all marketing campaigns across the entire merchant lifecycle.
  • You will develop and implement plans to drive the adoption and usage of merchant self-serve tools.
  • You will collaborate with the Business Operations team to accelerate growth.
  • You will work across marketing and other internal departments to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  • You will support partner negotiations, contract management, and adherence to the marketing budget.
  • You will conduct data-driven post-mortems to evaluate performance against campaign and business targets.
  • You will ensure budgets are meticulously planned, tracked, and utilized efficiently.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or related areas
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communication, economics or other advertising
  • Excellent in project management skill
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skill to work with both internal team and external parties (i.e. media agency, digital agency, activation agencies)
  • Proficient in English with strong presentation skills
  • Loves the thrill of being in a fast-paced environment while being able to multitask to meet deadlines.
  • High level of CAN DO attitude and hunger for success
