Get to Know the Role
You will report to the Head of Sales Operations and lead the strategy, design, and execution of Salesforce and Sales CRM initiatives across the region. You will partner with Sales leadership, Product, Tech, and cross-vertical stakeholders to shape our lead-to-cash roadmap and align business objectives with system capabilities.
You will lead a regional team based in Singapore, managing governance, prioritization, and delivery of all Sales Excellence and Salesforce-related initiatives.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- You will lead a team of 3-5 Sales Operations Systems specialists, managing their day-to-day work, setting quarterly goals, and conducting monthly 1:1s to support their growth
- You will design and document the end-to-end lead-to-cash process across all verticals, mapping current state workflows and identifying integration points between Salesforce and adjacent systems
- You will build and maintain a 12-18 month Salesforce roadmap, presenting quarterly updates to Sales leadership and prioritizing features based on business impact and technical dependencies
- You will gather requirements from Sales, Product, and Tech teams and translate these into Salesforce configuration specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for implementation
- You will facilitate monthly requirement workshops with 5-10 stakeholders per session, documenting decisions and tracking action items to closure
- You will create and maintain governance documentation including data quality standards, user access protocols, and change management procedures for 200+ Salesforce users
- You will serve as the primary contact for all Salesforce initiatives, managing project status reports and escalating blockers to ensure on-time delivery
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
To lead the Sales Operations Systems team:
- 5+ years managing teams of 3+ people in operations or systems roles, including experience with quarterly goal-setting and performance reviews
- Experience in documenting business processes using flowcharts or BPMN notation
- Experience mapping CRM workflows across marketing, sales, and finance systems
- Experience with Salesforce as an administrator or consultant; presenting technical roadmaps to senior leadership (VP level and above)
- Experience working with product managers and engineers on system integrations; to write ser stories and acceptance criteria for CRM or SaaS implementations
- Experience running structured workshops with participants across multiple functions; and document technical requirements from non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in establishing governance frameworks by creating SOPs, data quality standards, or access control documentation for enterprise systems
- Experience training end-users on CRM processes and troubleshooting common issues
