Our dynamic Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing team help shape how top talent perceives and experiences Grab as an employer of choice.

At the intersection of marketing, technology, and talent acquisition, the team supports programs that attract great people across the region while building your skills in employer branding and recruitment marketing.

 

Get to Know the Role

This is a 6 months full-time onsite role based in Singapore as part of the GRIT Programme.

This Traineeship offers hands-on experience in marketing operations, digital content creation, and data-driven recruitment marketing strategies.

You will help shape how candidates and employees experience our brand, so we need someone with good design senses, motion skills, and a measure of independence in troubleshooting.

 

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

We are refreshing our Employer Value Proposition (EVP), and now we need to embed it into every stage of the talent journey: from attracting candidates to retaining advocates.

1.Craft Stories That Attract Talent

  • You will tell stories that stick. From career site copy to social campaigns, you'll create content that connects. You'll interview employees to uncover authentic moments and use AI tools to sharpen your process, and build messaging toolkits that bring our unique culture to life.2.Build Digital Experiences That Converts
  • You will get the chance to build landing pages and microsites that bring our EVP to life. Review every candidate touchpoint (career site, emails, job ads, onboarding), identify what's missing, and redesign the experience.

3.Personalise Every Step of the Journey

  • You will master our CRM workflow to create candidate experiences that feel 1:1.
  • You will build automated email sequences tailored to different talent segments that speak to their aspirations.
  • You will explore automation to ensure candidates get the right message, at the right time, every time.

4.Measure What Matters

We believe in moving fast and data helps us get insights that shape our next steps. Help build dashboards, run experiments, gather feedback, and refine our approach as we grow.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Interested in marketing and branding concepts and how to visually communicate EVP (Employer Value Proposition)
  • Familiar with Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools for quick-turn content
  • Projects or portfolio using AI Assisted tools
  • Bachelor's degree in either Graphic Design / Multimedia Design / Visual Communication / Digital Media/ Computer Science / Marketing / Business / Advertising / Communications / Public Relations / Business Administration with strong design interest.
