Get to Know the Team
The Mobility team is all about enhancing the transportation experience for our users. We focus on improving our ride-hailing services, ensuring that our drivers and passengers have a smooth experience.
We work on different projects, from optimizing routes to integrating new features in the app that make booking rides easier. The team is made up of a mix of product managers, engineers, and designers who collaborate to bring solutions to life.
Get to Know the Role
We are looking for one potential candidate to join our team as a Lead, Mobility Growth & Driver Strategy at Grab Mobility team. You will manage performance and improve business metrics including both Passengers and Drivers. Also, Collaborate with other function teams to build services growth strategy and support/lead on the roll-out of new services.
You will report to the Head of Mobility Growth & Driver Strategy.
You will work onsite at Ho Chi Minh City.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Strategy Development: You will contribute to the development of strategies to improve new services/product adoption and our performance. This could involve conducting market research, analyzing the competitive landscape, and working with the team to develop and implement strategies.
- Performance Management: You will monitor business performance data. This could involve creating dashboards, identifying trends and anomalies, and making recommendations for improvements.
- Projects Go-to-market planning: You will manage the end-to-end process of bringing new services/products to market. Daily, this could include coordinating with different teams, creating project timelines, resolving any issues that arise, and ensuring that the new services/products launch is successful.
- Collaboration: You will work with other teams such as Product, Marketing, and Operations to ensure the successful launch of new services/products and ongoing performance. This could include regular meetings to agree on goals and strategies, coordinating efforts, and resolving any issues.
- Reporting: You will prepare regular reports on product performance and business metrics for senior management. This could involve gathering and analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting findings to partners.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3- 5 years of experience relevant to the role.
- Experience in project management, business analysis, or a similar role.
- Experience in data analysis.
- Can do it spirit attitude
