About The Team
The Grab Self-Serve Business Solution team empowers merchants to connect with the Grab audience through online advertising experiences. Using our unique ecosystem and user base, we empower merchants to reach their target audiences at scale. We create measurable results by offering targeted advertising campaigns, promotional offers, and in-app engagement and help merchants succeed
About The Role
You will drive our Self-Serve platform within your assigned markets. If you are passionate about using technology to empower businesses, create value, build lasting relationships, and excel in a collaborative environment, your efforts will contribute to our mission of driving Southeast Asia forward by economically empowering everyone.
Reporting to the Team Lead of Country Development (Self-Serve Business Solutions), you will be based onsite in the Grab Jakarta office.
What Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Advertiser Acquisition & Retention: Collaborate with country and regional Marketing & CRM teams to implement strategies for acquiring and retaining advertisers.
- Market Campaigns: Plan and schedule regional B2B marketing campaigns, track their performance, and share best practices to improve and succeed.
- Partner Engagement: Engage with main members of the country's commercial teams to conduct regular business reviews, and ensure smooth collaboration between teams.
- Partner Identification: Work with country commercial teams to identify key partners and lead merchant success through online and offline education programs.
- Data-Driven Performance Monitoring: Monitor Self-Serve performance reports daily, and support the country's commercial team with data access, best practices, and business insights.
- Product Enhancement Input: Gather merchant feedback through surveys, advertiser panels, user groups, and roundtables, and provide input for product development.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- 5 years of experience in Sales or Consulting roles focused on advertiser acquisition and retention in B2B tech, digital sectors, or growth startups within the SMB Ads Ecosystem in Southeast Asia.
- Demonstrated experience managing accounts and driving strategies for new business and up-sell opportunities through collaboration with multiple teams.
- You will have experience working with regional marketing teams and implementing B2B campaigns. You will also track performance and work with multiple partners to lead enablement and continuous improvements
- Experience in monitoring, and analysis of complex data to deliver relevant insights to increase marketing campaigns performance and business improvements.
- Experience developing localised training programs, driving merchant adoption of the platform, and post-training analysis. You will be the subject expert in the GrabAds self-serve platform to boost advertiser growth.
