The Demand Planning and Merchant Success team plays a key role in driving merchant success through insightful data analysis and strategic campaign creation.
Get to Know the Role
As a Demand Planning and Merchant Success Analyst, you will break down issues and make decisions backed by data that will drive the business forward. This role involves collaboration across various teams and focuses on ensuring that merchants are optimized for growth on the platform.
It will be an individual contributor role and you'll report directly to the Senior Analyst, Deliveries. This is a hybrid role, where you'll need to travel to our Ortigas office.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
- Campaign Creation and Management: Work with Account Managers, Merchant Marketing, and the Merchant Strategy team to create impactful marketing campaigns tailored to specific needs. Use data-driven insights to maximize effectiveness and improve live campaigns for performance and return on investment (ROI).
- Post-Mortem Analysis: Perform post-mortem analyses of completed campaigns to evaluate success and identify improvements. Provide detailed reports and actionable recommendations to merchants based on performance data, and share best practices from successful campaigns to enhance future initiatives.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze merchant performance data to identify trends and challenges. Maintain dashboards for real-time insights into main metrics for Unmanaged Merchants, FMCG, and Financial Institutions, and present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
What Skills You Will Need
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with a good academic track record.
- You can communicate in English and Filipino as you will work with local and regional partners.
- You have at 2+ years of work experience, though we welcome fresh graduates to apply.
- You are proficient in data analysis tools, such as SQL, R, or Python.
- You are passionate about exploring different up to date data and tech tools, that may be integrated to your daily work.
