Our Fleet Strategy & Commercial team is at the forefront of advancing Grab's electric vehicle programs and fleet partnership projects. We work collaboratively to develop strategic plans and execute them to achieve sustainable growth and innovation. Get to Know the Role

As an Associate in Fleet Strategy & Commercial, you will craft and implement strategic plans, forging partnerships, and advancing Grab's electric vehicle projects. You will demand a strategic mindset, operational insights, and excellent communication skills. You will report to Assistant Manager, Fleet Commercial & Special Project in a hybrid work environment

The Critical Tasks You will Perform

  • You will develop and implement long-term strategic plans to ensure sustainable growth within Grab's fleet strategy.
  • You will design project plans for EV and fleet partnerships, collaborating with stakeholders to create practical action plans alongside business partners and the operations team.
  • You will conduct detailed market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes to guide strategic decisions.
  • You will prepare commercial proposals and contracts, perform reviews, negotiate terms, and manage documentation to ensure execution and alignment with business goals.
  • You will identify opportunities and evaluate them for expanding Grab's business through market reach, product diversification, and geographical expansion, ensuring agreement internally and with external partners.
  • You will collaborate with the fleet operations team to monitor performance against plans, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields.
  • 1+ years of experience in strategy, commercial, or account management roles. Experience in a startups or data-driven industries is a plus.
  • Experience in management consulting or strategic planning.
  • Proficiency in excel (can perform complex functions) for data analysis (essential). Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Fluent in English and Thai; can engage with all partners.
  • You will translate complex analyses into relevant business insights.
  • You will have experience to construct and deliver clear narratives and work plans.
