Job Description

Get to Know the Team Join our dynamic team dedicated to expanding Grab's presence in the trendy food and beverage (F&B) sector. You'll work with a group of passionate individuals focused on discovering and onboarding the latest F&B brands that resonate with our customers.

Get to Know the Role As a Trendy Food Brand, you will help identify and acquire new and trending F&B brands with social media and other platforms. You will focus on driving our merchant acquisition strategy to support our mission while ensuring a positive brand representation and meeting our strategic goals. You will report to Manager, Strategy & Merchants Innovation

Qualifications

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

You will research and recognize promising F&B brands using social media and industry trends to inform acquisition strategies.

You will implement merchant acquisition strategies to achieve revenue goals and enhance Grab's market presence.

You will develop sales plans to guide customer understanding and manage sales activities from lead generation to closing deals.

You will ensure a comprehensive and smooth onboarding process for new merchants, Experience digging into prospects' pain points and validating the issues they're facing and support.

You will achieve predefined targets by Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects Grab's value proposition and offerings.

What Skills You Will Need

At least 2 years of working experience in sales is required

Proficiency in English is Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects, Mandarin, are advantageous for engaging diverse merchant bases.

Skills in communication, negotiation, and collaboration are crucial for building relationships and closing deals.

Experience discerning whether a prospect is a good fit for a product based on discovery conversations is necessary for strategic market analysis and sales planning.

Capability to quickly adapt and embrace changes within the fast-evolving F&B market landscape.

A true enthusiasm for the food and beverage industry, with knowledge spanning from street vendors to high-end restaurants.
