Get to know the Role

  • This role will be the key person to manage Identity especially on eKYC process performance seamlessly and comply with the regulatory requirements. You will work closely within the eKYC team and across the relevant teams to take our eKYC experience to the next level. 

  • We believe a successful candidate is detail-oriented, result-oriented, and has good stakeholder management skills, but if you think you have what it takes, we’d love to hear from you either way.

The Critical Task you will Perform

  • Oversee and drive projects to expand Identity solutions within Grab, from idea development to independent execution with stakeholder collaboration.
  • Work with eKYC business owners, product teams, AML teams, and other stakeholders to define and implement controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and implement improvements to boost customer experience, support growth, and streamline operations.
  • Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of controls and support ongoing process enhancements.
  • Ensure controls remain compliant with regulations through periodic reviews and collaborate with FP&A to manage P&L tracking.

Qualifications

What Essentials Skill you will Need

  • Essential skills include 3 years of experience in consulting, operations management, financial services, or the start-up/tech industry.

  • Show initiative as an independent learner who takes ownership of tasks and challenges.

  • Possess strong analytical abilities and comfort with data analysis for decision-making.

  • Exhibit excellent English communication skills, experience in managing people and stakeholders, and a strong understanding of process building with attention to detail.

  • Experience with SQL
