- Diagnose, resolve and document application issues in line with SLAs and ITIL practices.
- Maintain and improve documentation, configurations and knowledge articles.
- Assist with application upgrades, testing, patching and user training.
- Collaborate with Technology Operations, Infrastructure and Security teams on issue resolution.
- Contribute to automation, integration and service improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy and risk frameworks.
- Write SQL queries and support data analysis, validation and recovery.
- Participate in change, release and disaster recovery planning.
What you'll bring
You are a logical problem-solver who thrives in user-facing roles. You combine strong technical knowledge with a focus on client experience, and you’re comfortable working on both routine support and novel challenges.
You enjoy the detail of troubleshooting and system integration and value accountability, reliability and service excellence.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Microsoft 365, COTS and cloud-based applications.
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms and legal business systems in a professional services environment.
- Familiarity with Elite 3E, NetDocuments, Intapp and related platforms is advantageous.
- Skilled in application monitoring, patching, performance optimisation and system integration (APIs).
- Working knowledge of ITIL principles and ITSM tools such as Ivanti, ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
- Proficient in SQL and data analysis with attention to accuracy and documentation.
- Collaborative, adaptable and proactive approach with strong communication skills.
- Holds a relevant degree or equivalent experience; certifications in Microsoft, ITIL or application platforms are desirable.
What we offer
- A supportive and flexible work environment.
- Top of market remuneration and a range of benefits including 26 weeks paid parental leave, additional annual leave, subsidised café and gym membership, end of trip facilities, exclusive retail discounts, social events and much more, which you can view here: https://www.gtlaw.com.au/careers/benefits
