Job Description
- Processing received orders in collaboration with CRM and Process control team
- Preparation, submittal, and follow Up of GAD, Critical Documents, and technical files with customers
- Tracking of issued Purchase Orders by Procurement Department related to confirmed Job Orders
- Tracking the schedule of receiving material and delivery
- Tracking the Release of related invoices to the customers
- Attending SAT and Conduct Quality Inspection to confirm compliance of Products before delivery to customers
- Assist in the execution of Electrical and Instrumentation works for Oil & Gas projects.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, datasheets, and project documents.
- Support the installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, construction teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and report any technical issues to senior engineers.
- Participate in site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC, client, and company quality standards and HSE requirements.
- Assist in preparing technical reports, material requisitions, work schedules, and project documentation.
- Support troubleshooting and maintenance activities for electrical and instrumentation equipment.
- Maintain project records, calibration certificates, inspection reports, and test documentation.
- Participate in toolbox talks, safety meetings, and risk assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
- Fresh graduate or 1–3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial sector.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation systems, and industrial automation.
- Familiarity with international standards such as IEC, NEC, ISA, and ADNOC requirements is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and engineering documentation.
Additional Information

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of project management tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
