Job Description
Job Purpose:
- This role will work closely with the Sales Director for generating reports on MEED for main tenders related to BUE1 (EPC) and BUE3 (Engineering & Contracting Supplies).
- Monitoring all RFQ received for the Business Units and follow up till release of opportunities.
- Allocation of the RFQ as per the related Business Units.
- Coordinate with estimation and proposals for all RFQ related to Business Units
Day to day responsibilities:
- Coordinate on day-to-day basis with Sales Director updating him on the reports generated through MEED for main tenders related to the Business Units of GCG and EEIC
- This requires accessing the online MEED portal and compiling the report and sharing regularly with Sales Director and sales Managers, and keeping track.
- Coordinate with Sales Director for allocation of RFQ’s to concerned Sales Team in Business Units
- Monitor all RFQ received for the Business Units and follow up till release of opportunities. This effort involves coordinating with the Sales Manager and Sales Team to prepare and compile the RFQ status till opportunities are released.
- Generating individual and combined reports for Hit Rates and Success Rates for the Business Units (HSR).
- Monitoring all calendar meetings between Sales Managers of Business Units, Sales Director and external customers, suppliers, and principals.
- Provide other day-to-day basis support services to the Sales Department as assigned by Line Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering or Business Administration and at least 03–05-years’ experience. Affinity and familiar with Document Control and Processing in Contracting Industry.

Experience Requirements:
- Experience level: 03-05 years.
- 02 Year or more experience in UAE and/or Middle East
Skills & Professional Requirements:
- Working knowledge of EDMS / SAP / ARIBA or other online portals from Clients, OEMS’s, ADNOC
- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new or updated software.
