Job Description
Responsible to build up and maintain good relationship with the existing patients seeking for customer satisfaction.
Conduct visits to the serviced clients, check their needs and attend their requirements.
Conduct the Net Promoter Surveys and make sure the serviced clients participating in the surveys.
Participating with the marketing team to conduct any market survey.
Leasing with the serviced clients regarding the operation need with coordination with the operation team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Administration, Business or other related.
Minimum three years of experience as Patient relations executive/office in UAE
Preference will be given to Arabic speaking candidates
