Job Description
A contracts administrator is responsible for managing and overseeing the contract process from start to finish. Their primary role is to ensure that all contracts are accurate, complete, and comply with legal and organizational requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting a thorough review of all types of contracts, including customer and supplier contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and teaming agreements. Providing detailed feedback on each contract, including suggestions for revisions or amendments to ensure that they are legally compliant and meet the company's objectives.
- Drafting various legal documents, such as customer and supplier contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and teaming agreements. This will involve working closely with other teams within the company to understand their needs and ensure that all legal documents are tailored to their specific requirements.
- Managing customer and supplier contracts and maintaining good relationships with account managers to ensure that all contractual obligations are met. This will include regular communication with account managers to understand their needs and address any issues or concerns they may have.

- Generating regular reports on signed and outstanding contracts, NDAs, MoUs, and teaming agreements on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
- Reviewing and refining the company's standard contracts to ensure that they are up-to-date and compliant with all legal requirements.
- Collaborating closely with the procurement team and other relevant departments to ensure that all legal requirements are met and that all contracts and legal documents are properly executed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree IT/ Administration
- Contract and Negotiation skills training courses would be a plus.
