Job Description

  • Order taking over the phone and online portals.
  • Assisting delivery drivers regarding locations.
  • Follow up orders on online portals.
  • Upselling high GP products.
  • Outbound calls to verify or inform customer regarding the order.
  • Checking and replying customer’s feedback and reviews online.
  • Daily Checklist regarding online aggregator, discounts and restaurant status.
  • Escalating complaints to the managers.
  • WhatsApp & email assistance regarding customer inquiry.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
  • With effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the same field

Additional Information

Call Center Agent is responsible for providing support from start to finish of the calls to resolve customer inquiries or concerns. Agent helps customers with their questions and addresses issues regarding menus.
