Job Description

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent to join our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, and you will use a variety of sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates. Additionally, you will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from start to finish.

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and understand job requirements
  • Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Manage the candidate pipeline, tracking progress and providing regular updates to hiring managers
  • Negotiate salary and benefits packages with candidates
  • Conduct reference and background checks as necessary
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technology tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
